DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT
Triage (Diagnostics) FREE
Is your computer sick? A Computer Medic professional will assess your computer problems, and evaluate and test your hardware and software. Crashes, lockups, unusual behavior and internet problems are not normal and do not fix themselves. A Computer Medic professional can accurately pinpoint the conditions and be ready to cure them.
Virus and Spyware Removal
Computer Medic will remove the viruses and spyware that infect and slow your computer. A full panel of tests will be performed. Immunizations will be recommended to prevent future infections.
Checkup and Treatment
This simple checkup and optimization procedure will rid the PC of any unused files and programs. The operating system and existing immunizations are updated. The hard drive is de-fragmented and the entire system is probed and scanned for errors.
Operating System Installation (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OSX)
Computer Medic will re-install your operating system – rejuvenating your computer to run cleaner and faster. Computer Medic also installs the latest drivers for all of your hardware so that symptoms and conditions are remedied.
Operating System Repair (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OSX)
For any number of reasons, your operating system may develop conditions and complications. This minor procedure will get you back up and running again.
PC Setup
This is a quick and painless service which includes removing a PC from its packaging and setting it up for you. Please bring your unopened package to our office and quickly ready it for you.
Data Destruction Service
Computer Medic can securely erase the data from any Hard Disk Drive – permanently destroying all of your confidential files.
Backup Services
Because your data is critical, Computer Medic can install an automatic backup system as a preventative precaution. This could be lifesaving in the event of a crash. Hardware not included.
NETWORKING
Wireless Network Setup
If cords and wires are giving you a headache, Computer Medic has your prescription. If you own two or more computers and want to share data between them, Computer Medic can connect them securely over an encrypted wireless signal. Hardware not included.
HARDWARE UPGRADES
Hard Drive Upgrade – Main Drive Replacement
Improve your computer with a faster drive. Computer Medic can move your operating system and all of your critical data to a new drive. Drive not included.
Motherboard, Memory, and CPU Upgrade
Whether you desire more power from your computer or have experienced a system failure, upgrading the “guts” of your system can often get you back on your feet for less than the cost of a new computer. Leave this one to a professional – we are the only ones in town that can pull this one off without having to also perform an “Operating System Repair”. Hardware not included.
911-First Response Service
If you have an emergency, Computer Medic will move you to the front of the line to meet your needs. There will be an additional charge above the fee of the performed service.
